🎸 【ポーク・ディス・ウェイ】〜コク深き味噌と豚肉の誘惑〜
今回の新作は、奥深い「発酵の力」とスパイスの融合です。
クミンをガツンと効かせた豆味噌とトマトをベースに、ひじきの和の旨味、そしてココナッツのやさしい甘みを重ねて、複雑でクセになるルゥに仕上げました。
トッピングには、香ばしく炙った豚バラ肉のジューシーな旨味と、スナップエンドウの春らしい軽やかな食感を合わせています。
「炙り豚バラ」に「コク深い味噌」…
